Trevor Lushanko is a driven and results-oriented criminal defense attorney who has successfully guided countless clients through the complexities of the justice system. He earned his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, graduating Cum Laude and in the top third of his class.
Trevor began his legal career with the Dakota County Public Defender’s Office, where he gained early experience representing clients under the supervision of seasoned attorneys. That hands-on work gave him a deep understanding of criminal defense practice and prepared him to advocate effectively from day one.
After law school, Trevor served as a public defender in Scott County before transitioning to private practice. He hit the ground running, winning his first jury trial shortly after becoming licensed. Since then, he has handled hundreds of criminal cases—from DWIs to serious felonies—and has achieved multiple Not Guilty verdicts and numerous case dismissals.
What sets Trevor apart is his genuine empathy and personal connection with his clients. He believes that every case is more than just a legal problem—it’s a life story that deserves care, attention, and respect. When you hire Trevor, you work directly with him throughout the process. His approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and relentless advocacy.
