Vincent Imhoff is the Managing Partner of Imhoff & Associates, P.C. Originally from Chicago, Vincent Imhoff is admitted to practice law in Illinois, California, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Imhoff obtained his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lewis University and earned his J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1989. From 2000 through 2002, Mr. Imhoff was the Assistant Coach for the trial team at Loyola University School of Law.

In 2019, Mr. Imhoff hosted the legal podcast "On the Road" as part of the LegalShield Elevate Conference, which discussed current cannabis trends and laws with several distinguished guests. In 2020, the Los Angeles Daily Journal published an insightful article by Mr. Imhoff wherein reveals the hidden agenda of the widely publicized "Varsity Blues" case involving the University of Southern California and several famous defendants. During the 2021 LegalShield Elevate Conference at Kiawah Island, Mr. Imhoff presented and spoke on "Civil and Criminal Justice in an Unjust World."
