Mr. Barnett is a partner at Davis & Norris. He was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. During his career he has primarily represented individuals in all areas of plaintiff practice. Mr. Barnett is admitted to practice law in the Courts of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He began his practice in 2004 after graduating from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he served as the Research and Writing Editor for the The American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Before law school, Mr. Barnett obtained his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. Mr. Barnett is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, and the Alabama Association for Justice. Mr. Barnett’s practice involves the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, mass torts, toxic torts, environmental litigation, class actions, consumer fraud, pharmaceutical litigation, and wage and hour litigation.
