Zachary A. Meyer, J.D. grew up in Du Quoin, IL. After losing his dad to a medical error, he knew he wanted to become an attorney to stand up and fight for those who can’t fight for themselves. He graduated Du Quoin High School and went on to further his education at John A. Logan College, while simultaneously attending Southern Illinois University Carbondale. In May 2017, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies with cum laude honors with a concentration in Pre-Law.
Zachary attended Southern Illinois University School of Law and served as the President of the Law and Medicine Society as well as the Vice President of Parents Attending Law School. Zachary researched and wrote his thesis paper on Illinois Immunity laws, and Childhood Cancer Funding. With hard work, perseverance, and determination he graduated from law school in December 2019, at the age of 23.
Zachary is licensed to practice law in Illinois and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, St. Clair County Bar Association, and is on the Zoning Board for the Village of Aviston, Illinois.
