Darren Kaplan is a partner at Clarkson Law Firm, a prominent national public interest firm, where he leads the New York team. He brings over two decades of experience in plaintiffs' class actions, mass torts, and representative litigation to his cases.
In 2017, he led a team of lawyers who argued before the Supreme Court of the United States in Microsoft Corp. v. Baker, 15-457, addressing whether federal appellate courts have jurisdiction over voluntary dismissals of class actions following denial of class certification.
