David Erwin joined Marks & Harrison in 2021. He was a solo practitioner prior to joining our Charlottesville, Staunton, and Harrisonburg offices, and prior to that he was a long-term partner at a Virginia statewide personal injury firm.
David received his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.
