As a respected trial lawyer and advocate, Kevin has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families who were injured through no fault of their own or unfairly denied the disability benefits they rely on. Commitment to Community & Expanding Access to Justice
Kevin founded the KML Charitable Foundation, which supports local organizations and families in need. His firm continues expanding services for Spanish-speaking clients throughout Missouri and Kansas.
Before founding his firm, Kevin served in public office as a Missouri State Representative and later as a two-term member of the Kansas City Council, where he also served as Mayor Pro Tem. This experience deepened his understanding of public policy, community needs, and the responsibility professionals have to give back.

Kevin and his wife, Alejandra, have three children. Outside the office, Kevin can be found rooting for his kids on the soccer field or for his hometown teams, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.
