She developed her interest in litigation and a passion for representing victims of injury early on. In law school, Erica worked as a student attorney in her school’s legal clinic and as a law clerk for a prominent plaintiff’s law firm in NYC during her summer breaks, focusing her legal practice in the areas of medical malpractice and toxic tort. Upon graduation, Erica joined a large national plaintiff’s firm, representing individuals nationwide against multi-national corporations who suffered life-threatening illnesses and diseases caused by workplace exposure to asbestos and other toxic products. Here she refined her skills as a litigator, conducting and defending depositions, advocating for clients in the courtroom, undertaking investigation and developing a profound understanding of the pain and suffering her clients and their families endured. In 2015, Erica joined a prominent NYC-based personal injury law firm where she transitioned her focus towards representing clients that suffered personal injuries resulting from automobile, premise, construction, and workplace accidents.
