Seth Morris, one of the founders of Liberty Law Group, is a lifelong resident of Nebraska. Born and raised in rural Nebraska, Seth’s first jobs were in agriculture and construction. This is where he learned the value of hard work, honesty, accountability, and taking a collaborative, team-based approach to accomplish difficult tasks.

Seth has been licensed in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska since 2015. In that time, he’s represented over 1,000 clients in complex criminal and civil cases and has taken 65 cases to trial.

Seth is one of very few lawyers in Nebraska that has accomplished all of the following:

– “Not Guilty” to First and Second Degree Murder at trial*

-Acquittal (Not Guilty to all charges) in a 1B Felony Trial (Penalty: 20-Life)

-Multiple Acquittals in Federal Felony Trials

-Acquittal in a Possession w/ Intent to Distribute Marijuana Felony trial

-Suppressed over 100 pounds of narcotics in a drug case (charges dropped)

-Plaintiff’s settlement in excess of One Million Dollars

Seth prides himself on his commitment to his clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Seth’s dedication has earned him numerous awards, including honors as a Great Plains Rising Star, an award given to only 2.5% of attorneys.

Seth earned his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Seward Nebraska, where he received both a baseball and academic scholarship. He graduated law school from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, smoking meat, sports, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fitness, and spending time with his wife and two children.
