Tim began his academic journey at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1980. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in 1983, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984.
