Mr. Daesch graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He then became a CPA in 1989 while attending law school at St. Louis University, graduating in 1992. During his time at SLU Law, Martin worked on the St. Louis University Law Review and won the American Jurisprudence Award for Remedies. He also became a licensed real estate broker.
Martin practiced law at Padberg, McSweeney, Slater, and Merz, then moved on to Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard. Martin has been with OnderLaw since 2015, where he focuses primarily on consumer protection law.
Martin is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois as well as the United States Tax Court and Missouri’s Eastern and Western Federal Courts.
