
Thomas Kerr is an attorney at the Kajy Law Firm, PLLC. Thomas graduated from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a student attorney with the MSU Housing Clinic, a volunteer at the 55th District Court – Eviction Diversion Program, and an intern with the Ingham County Probate Court.
Thomas received his Bachelor’s degree from Finlandia University in Criminal Justice, while also receiving a minor in Philosophy and Religion. Thomas was on the NCAA hockey team, the president of the Criminal Justice Society, and the Student Representative for the Equity and Diversity committee.
Thomas is a member in good standing of the Michigan State Bar and is admitted to federal practice in the Federal District for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Federal District for the Western District of Michigan. Prior to coming to Kajy Law, Thomas represented many clients who were victims of motor vehicle accidents, police and jail misconduct, civil rights violations, defective products, housing violations, and dangerous premises. Thomas is dedicated to outworking his opposition and fighting for the rights of his clients in every case.
In his free time, Thomas can be found on the golf course, spending time with his German Shepherd, and attending sporting events. Thomas is an avid fan of Detroit Sports.
