Eric A. Harakal is an experienced attorney counseling and representing his clients in matters of Criminal Defense and Family Law. Attorney Harakal joined Gross McGinley in 2023 and practices law to advocate for and protect the rights of individuals within the legal system. A skilled litigator, he has the expertise to fight for his clients through the entire process from preparation to completion at trial and appeal. Handling matters ranging from DUI and Drug Possession to Divorce and Custody, and everything in between, Attorney Harakal fights for his clients with dedication and professionalism.
Eric studied Political Science and Russian Studies at Seton Hall University as an undergraduate, completing his BA in 2010. He went on to graduate from Syracuse University Law School in 2013, after which he began his career in law at Carole J. Walbert Law Office in Jim Thorpe, PA, before moving into a position as Assistant District Attorney for the Bucks County DA Offices. In 2015, he moved on to take a position as Senior Litigation Attorney at Banks Law Group on the Criminal Law team.
Eric formally served as a board member for Angel 34 in Orefield, PA, an organization dedicated to serving children battling cancer in Lehigh Valley. He continues to volunteer his time to the organization that he holds near and dear to his heart.
