Caitlyn Silhan is a partner at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel in the Dallas office. Caitlyn focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including primarily qui tam whistleblower/False Claims Act cases and toxic torts. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Boston University, and was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and selected to the Order of the Coif before graduating magna cum laude. Caitlyn is a member of the State Bars of Texas and California, the Dallas Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice – Qui Tam Litigation Group, and The Anti-Fraud Coalition. Caitlyn is a recipient of the 2016 Kristi Couvillon Pro Bono Award granted by the Texas Civil Rights Project, and maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on voting rights and First Amendment cases. She has been recognized for inclusion on the Super Lawyers Texas Rising Stars lists, published by Thomson Reuters, Legal since 2019.
