
Keith Saltzman specializes in personal injury and wrongful death litigation with an emphasis on offshore/maritime, automobile, trucking, product liability, and industrial accidents. He also serves as a curator with the 15th Judicial Court, volunteering his time with the juvenile section.
Mr. Saltzman was born in Lafayette and raised in nearby Gueydan, La. He is a fifth-generation Vermillion Parish resident. Mr. Saltzman was a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame Catholic High School of Acadia Parish. Mr. Saltzman graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in pre-law. He obtained his juris doctorate and bachelor of civil law degree in 2006 from Louisiana State University Law Center.
After graduating from LSU Law School, Mr. Saltzman accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Ralph Tureau in the 23rd Judicial District Court of Louisiana. After completing his district court clerkship, Mr. Saltzman joined Anderson Law Office (now Anderson, Dozier & Blanda) in 2007.
Mr. Saltzman is currently a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Tiger Athletic Foundation. Mr. Saltzman has served on the Lafayette Young Lawyers Association Board of Directors as Chairman of the Fundraising Committee since 2008.
From 2012-2015, Mr. Saltzman has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, an exclusive designation for trial lawyers who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership. He is also a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.
Mr. Saltzman is an avid LSU sports fan. An accomplished high school athlete, he remains active in many adult athletic leagues. He also enjoys golf and hunting.
