Abe Jaloudi, Esq. is the principal and founder of Jaloudi & Associates, a successful legal practice serving the New Jersey community for over 25 years.
Abe focuses his practice primarily on personal injury, criminal defense, and real estate closings. He also handles matters in immigration law, PIP arbitration, employment law, and business law.
Abe’s business savvy, entrepreneurial and sharp legal mind enabled him to open a law firm directly after graduating from law school; an endeavor, that most attorneys would be intimidated to undertake. He has trained and helped many young lawyers over the course of his career launch their own practices and careers.
He is widely respected amongst his peers, and the community as an attorney with integrity, honor, and compassion. He is known for his professionalism, legal acumen, and expertise at trial. He is also largely responsible for building the firm’s reputation as an elite and respected personal injury firm.
Most notably, Abe successfully represented Ty Inc., in consumer fraud litigation. He has also been involved in settling hundreds of cases involving multimillion-dollar awards.
He is well known for taking on challenging cases and winning; including his involvement in a catastrophic injury case that required petitioning the Supreme Court of New Jersey. As a result of the favorable decision rendered by the Court, the case ultimately settled for $10 million. Of note, four prior attorneys rejected this case due to its complex nature. However, Abe took on the challenge and succeeded.
Abe is most proud that he was able to make a difference and change this family’s life. Abe treats every client as if they were his only client and every relationship with respect and loyalty. Abe prides himself on having a practice that he built through word of mouth and the satisfaction of clients.
