Adam S. Rosengard founded Rosengard Law Group after having worked for years in private practice for several prominent law firms. Mr. Rosengard chose to create a premium law firm dedicated to serving each client's unique needs, while maintaining the flexibility to handle a range of personal injury mattes from the most minor accidents to complex civil litigation involving catastrophic injury. Mr. Rosengard has tried cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions, and he has appeared in several national and local publications from his work on high profile cases.
Before founding Rosengard Law Group, Mr. Rosengard worked on behalf of injured clients for cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, workplace discrimination, and victims of sexual assault and harassment. He understands how serious an injury is to his clients, and how much of their lives are often affected in ways they had never thought imaginable. That is why he demands that each of his clients are treated like family so that they have the peace of mind that their case is being handled with the utmost care by trusted attorneys who have the experience and skill set necessary to get their clients justice.
Mr. Rosengard received his juris doctorate law degree from Rutgers School of Law. While at Rutgers, Mr. Rosengard became a certified clinic practitioner and served in the Children's Justice Clinic, where he fought pro bono for juvenile clients who couldn't afford a private attorney. Mr. Rosengard also worked to help citizens in underprivileged neighborhoods register to vote as part of the Voter's Rights Project. While in law school, Mr. Rosengard taught constitutional law classes to Camden high school students in several area high schools. Before he entered private practice, Mr. Rosengard successfully completed his externship at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he fought for the citizens and victims in Philadelphia.
