Adam Scalice is a Trial Attorney with Herman Law’s New York office. He has dedicated his practice to fighting for clients with serious injuries, both physical and psychological. Throughout his career, he has developed a thorough and aggressive approach to trial advocacy to get his clients the justice they deserve. Adam has significant trial experience representing injured victims and their families. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in catastrophic, complex, and high exposure cases.
Adam has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney by The National Trial Lawyers, named as a Lawyer of Distinction in the area of Civil Litigation, and selected to Super Lawyers’ Rising Star List. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He has served as a program co-chair for the Mass Tort section and guest speaker in the Medical Malpractice section.
Adam is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
As a former United States Marine, Mr. Scalice had the honor and privilege to serve both stateside and overseas, most notably in Japan, Australia, and Iraq. He was honorably discharged after ten years of service.
