Attorney Amy M. Davis has devoted her entire legal career to helping folks that have been seriously injured or have lost loved ones due to someone else’s negligence. For more than a decade, Amy has produced significant results for her clients inside and outside of the courtroom and has gained the recognition of her peers for the results she has achieved.

Amy has worked for multiple well known Indiana law firms obtaining monetary settlements and verdicts for hundreds of clients. This experience provided Amy with the necessary tools to obtain the best possible results for her clients. Her experiences also instilled in her the belief that the best results for clients are achieved by devoting herself to understanding a client’s circumstances as if they were her own and providing close personal attention, communication, and tailored representation to each individual client.

Amy is a current member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) Board of Directors, and past chairperson of its Young Lawyers Division. In 2021, Amy was awarded the ITLA's prestigious Trial Lawyer of the Year Award for the State of Indiana. In 2018, Amy was awarded ITLA’s Max A. Goodwin Young Lawyer of the Year award, the highest honor that can be awarded by ITLA to a lawyer under the age of 40. She is a graduate of the famed Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming, where a select few experienced lawyers are chosen to hone their trial skills and provide next level representation for their clients. Amy is also a frequent lecturer on trial strategy and her experiences in representing personal injury victims.

A lifelong Hoosier, Amy was born in Madison County, Indiana, and attended Frankton High School. After high school, Amy went on to attend Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, where she played basketball, helping lead her team to their first ever NCAA tournament berth. Amy’s work ethic and competitive spirit led her to pursue a legal career, and Amy went on to attend Indiana University McKinney School of Law, from where she graduated in 2010.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters, Nora and Maggie. Ever the athlete, Amy enjoys hiking, yoga, and channels her competitive instincts by playing recreational league basketball, softball and kickball.
