Andrea (Clare) Telquist – Attorney & Co-Founder, Telaré Law
Andrea Telquist was born in the mountain town of Libby, Montana, where towering pines, snowy winters, and vast skies first shaped her enduring love for the outdoors. At age 10, she relocated to Pasco, Washington. There, a challenging chapter in her family’s life sparked a clear vision: Andrea would become an attorney. Inspired by the lawyers who helped guide her family through a difficult divorce, she declared her future with conviction—and never looked back.
Raised by her mother Linda, a fiercely determined woman who worked three jobs to support her family, Andrea learned early lessons in resilience, grit, and independence. Linda’s sacrifices and unwavering support instilled in Andrea a belief in hard work and self-reliance. Andrea paved her own way—working through college, funding her education entirely on her own, and ultimately becoming the first in her family to earn a postgraduate degree.
After graduating from Pasco High School, Andrea earned her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she honed the skills that would later shape her legal career. She returned to the Tri-Cities to build her practice and raise her family. Today, she’s the proud mom of three incredible kids—Kennedy, Canon, and her free-spirited youngest, Cruz. Whether she’s cooking gourmet meals, watching movies, or heading off to the jiu-jitsu mat, Andrea cherishes time with her children and their shared adventures to Montana, Bend, coastal towns, ski slopes, and beyond.

Together, they co-founded Telaré Law, named after the Italian word meaning “to bring together,” capturing their philosophy of collaboration both in law and life.
