Attorney Andrew Fink is Managing Partner, Litigation Attorney's Office Manuel Solis at a national level; he is as well in the Chicago office. Attorney Fink lived a long time in the northwest Chicago area. He is a litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, car accidents, accidents in commercial locations, medical malpractice, criminal liability litigation in both products and drugs. Attorney Fink has extensive experience working in both litigation and litigation catastrophic damage in minor damage as well as the full range of cases in the middle.

Attorney Fink graduated from the School of Law at Marquette University in Wisconsin in 1994. He has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since that year and is also licensed to practice in Wisconsin. He earned his Masters in Business Administration at the State University of Lake Superior in 1991 and overtook science degree in 1990 at the same university.

Since his admission to the Bar, Mr. Fink was the chief counsel in about 50 jury trials and an equal number of non-jury trials and hundreds of arbitrations.

Also, Attorney Fink is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has had articles published in respectful magazine laws where personal injury litigation entitled to review "Recent Case Law on the Improper Exclusion of an Expert Testimony in Illinois State Courts." - in the Journal of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, volume 9, number 2, Summer 2007 Edition; and "An analysis of the Open and Obvious to Premises Liability Cases defense: How obvious is open and obvious?" - An analysis of open and obvious damage liability in commercial locations - in the Journal of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Volume 7 No. 12, summer 2005 edition.

Attorney Fink is a passionate litigator who cares deeply about the needs of his clients. He believes that there are no big or small cases in which victims are faced not faced by powerful corporate and intimidating opponents. As a lawyer, there are five things that are very important to him: integrity, hard work, passion, competence, and humility. He also has a strong Christian devotion that has greatly influenced him for many years in his personal and family life.
