Andrew H. Stevenson is a dedicated criminal defense attorney who takes pride in defending his clients and valuing their trust. Specializing in criminal defense, particularly sexual assault allegations, he has successfully handled cases including rape, murder, robbery, kidnapping, and Title IX defense for young men. His practice also encompasses OVI charges and vehicular homicide.
He has extensive expertise in forensic sciences, including DNA evidence, sexual assault examinations, and toxicology, and he regularly consults and lectures on these topics. Certified by the Ohio Supreme Court as Lead Trial Counsel in death penalty cases, he also serves on the board of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL). Notably, he has been a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 member since 2013 and is a graduate of NACDL’s National Criminal Defense College.
