Tony Caivano has been practicing law in Northern New Jersey for 30 years, limiting his practice to seriously injured clients since 1994. After attending Rutgers College and graduating from Seton Hall Law School in May 1989, Tony was admitted to practice in December 1989, initially serving a judicial clerkship with Hon. Reginald Stanton, A.J.S.C., Morristown. After serving that clerkship, Tony worked for a prestigious insurance defense firm, defending products liability defendants for injuries caused by defective products. By 1994, Tony knew that his future was in helping people, and not insurance companies, so he dedicated his practice to representing people - PEOPLE who needed him. In the intervening years, Tony has achieved millions of dollars of settlements and verdicts for his clients, along the way becoming recognized as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney - a distinction held by fewer than 3% of New Jersey attorneys.
