Biography : Mr. Louissaint is a founding partner of the Louissaint & Laskin Law Firm, where he handles a variety of matters with extensive experience in Criminal Defense, Restaurant and Nightlife legal affairs, Landlord &Tenant Law and Civil Litigation. Admitted to practice law in New York, Mr. Louissaint earned his law degree from New York Law School. While in law school, Mr. Louissaint was the President of the New York Law School Student Bar Association, the Attorney General for the Black Law Student Association, Managing Editor for the legal publication De Novo , and an active member in several other organizations. He has been acknowledged and awarded for his devoted interest in the public good as a legal professional.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Louissaint was hired by the District Attorney’s Office where he initiated, negotiated and prosecuted countless criminal cases. Mr. Louissaint's vast experience in prosecuting criminal cases has led the Louissaint & Laskin Law Firm to its undeniable success rate in criminal defense.
Upon founding the Louissaint & Laskin Law Firm, Mr. Louissaint and Ms. Laskin sought out the most proficient attorneys in, Debtor Creditor issues, Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, Business Law and Wills & Trusts to manage closely these legal matters for the firm's clients.
