Ashley Clasen graduated from East Carolina University, in Greenville, North Carolina, with a degree in political science in 2009. While there she was captain of the women’s Track and Field Team and helped the team win their first conference championship. She graduated from Penn State Law School in 2019 where she was selected for and participated in the William C. Vis Moot Court Competition in Vienna, Austria. The Penn State moot court team won the competition out of over three hundred and seventy teams. She also spent a large amount of time focused on veteran affairs by working for the Veterans and Servicemembers Clinic and co-founding the school’s Military Law Caucus organization. The organization hosts events annually to help raise money for local veterans in need.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys being active, whether outdoors or weight lifting in a gym. She is new to the area and is hoping to get involved in more veteran events in the community.
