Aubrey K. Noonan is a passionate criminal defense trial attorney who is dedicated to representing individuals in all state and federal matters including investigations, trials, and appeals. She has focused her professional career on helping those accused of crimes. She has handled almost every type of misdemeanor and felony. Cases from DWI’s, assaults, thefts, to felony sexual assaults and crimes against children cases.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Noonan graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of North Texas. Ms. Noonan received her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political Science. She was a Staff Member and served as the Executive Comment Editor of Tech Law's Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal. Her article on Bitcoins and estate planning was selected for publication in the EPJ journal. While at Tech Law, she served as the State Bar of Texas's Senior Law School Representative. Ms. Noonan also worked for the Lubbock County District Attorney's Office, for Tarrant County Criminal District Courts' Judicial Staff Counsel, and then for Hurley, Guinn & Sellers, a criminal defense firm in Lubbock, Texas, prior to graduation.

After receiving her law degree, Ms. Noonan went to work for Tom Mills and Christie Williams at Mills & Williams, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas. While at the firm, she had the opportunity to work with the partners on numerous federal and state criminal cases across Texas. She was able to assist in the high-profile federal jury trial, U.S. v. John Wiley Price et al., in which he and co-defendant Dapheny Fain were acquitted of all charges.

Ms. Noonan is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court’s Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. In 2021, Aubrey received The Top 40 Under 40 award from The National Trial Lawyers. The award is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law.
