
Brad Wolfe is the Founding Attorney of Brad Wolfe Law, L.L.C., a Cleveland-based criminal defense firm known for its strategic advocacy and unwavering commitment to protecting clients’ rights and reputations. The firm represents individuals and entities under investigation or charged with criminal offenses in federal, state, municipal, and juvenile courts throughout Northeast Ohio.
Brad also serves as an Acting Judge in the Mentor Municipal Court. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Technology Committee. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is a Past Chair of both its Criminal Law Section and its Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and Emerging Technologies Section.

A graduate of the Cleveland State University College of Law, Brad has served on the Board of Trustees for its Alumni Association. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Michael P. Donnelly, who previously served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
