Bradley J. Hansen has more than 15+ years as a skilled litigator and negotiator with expert analytical, investigative, organizational, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Mr. Hansen’s emphasis is in workers’ compensation, civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Hansen attended Colorado State University and received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to joining Elkus & Sisson, P.C., Mr. Hansen gained extensive litigation experience representing self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and municipalities in the defense of these claims. He has represented clients in workers’ compensation hearings, Denver District Court, Denver County Court, and has appeared before the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Hansen prides himself on being an innovative attorney that is persuasive and capable of developing rapport and trust, as well as experienced in influencing the attitudes and ideas of others.
