Attorney Bradley Keffer represents clients in a wide array of legal matters ranging from administrative license matters to select family law matters. While Bradley's primary focus is criminal law and criminal-related litigation, he oversees a 100% litigation-focused practice. As a result, Bradley has represented clients in both complex litigation and high profile matters in both State and Federal courts.

Backed by Experience as a Former Prosecutor

Bradley began his legal career serving as a deputy prosecuting attorney in both Marion County (Indianapolis) and Tippecanoe County (Lafayette). As a deputy prosecutor in Tippecanoe County, Bradley:

Led the Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT)

Served as the lead prosecutor assigned to the Tippecanoe County's Title 9 (BMV Court)
conducted major felony prosecutions for offenses ranging from Forgery to Homicide to Narcotics Manufacturing and Dealing

As a deputy prosecutor in Marion County, Bradley led its Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT) where he was responsible for investigating and prosecuting DUI and OVWI cases involving death or serious bodily injury. In addition to prosecuting all types of misdemeanor and felony offenses, Bradley focused on fatality and serious bodily injury hit & run cases, and complex White Collar crimes.

Additionally, he was responsible for reviewing and monitoring sobriety checkpoints and training law enforcement officers in:

DUI investigations
Traffic stops
DUI law
Administering sobriety checkpoints
Search and seizure

In his time as a prosecutor, Bradley has tried over twenty-five jury trial and countless bench trials and provided training to other prosecutors on DUI law, DUI prosecution, and jury selection.

He has also received specific training in accident investigation/reconstruction by the Indianapolis Police Department as well as training by the United States Secret Service on the presentation of computer forensic evidence in the courtroom.

Backed by an Education and Lengthy Experience in Law School

Bradley received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. After graduating with honors, Bradley attended Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, where he served as an intern for two years at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Indiana (Civil and Criminal Divisions).
