Bradley Prochaska

Founding Partner Bradley J. Prochaska is a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney at Prochaska, Howell & Prochaska LLC Law Firm. Founded by Bradley in Wichita, Kansas, in 1985, the PHP Law Firm now serves clients in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois and Colorado.

Very early in his career, Bradley developed a reputation for winning the tough cases other attorneys turned down, especially medical malpractice cases, in the very conservative and relatively small town of Wichita, Kansas. Today, his clients are typically the victims of catastrophic injuries. 

Bradley has obtained the highest wrongful death verdict in Kansas State court history, the highest automobile verdict in Kansas State court history, and the highest dental malpractice settlement in Kansas State court history. He has settled seven medical malpractice cases in Kansas for $4 million or more, a track record no other Kansas attorney has achieved in his/her lifetime. He has obtained the most medical malpractice verdicts of any lawyer in Kansas. He has never had a verdict reversed on appeal. He has special experience and expertise in cases involving brain injured babies and severely injured children.
