Prior to law school, Brent knew he wanted to be an advocate for the injured after an undergraduate internship for Ryan Harris. Brent saw how rewarding it is to fight for injured persons against large insurance companies and knew that was the type of lawyer he wanted to be. He attended California Western School of Law on an academic merit scholarship. While in law school, he was a member of Cal Western’s renowned Mock Trial Program. Brent’s background in sales and passion for advocacy made him one of the top trial competitors in the country, winning second place at the Texas Young Lawyers Trial Competition in Dallas Texas and second place at the Tournament of Champions Trial Competition in San Francisco. Upon graduating, Brent received the ABOTA/Schoville Award for Excellence in Civil Litigation. Brent is fluent in Spanish. Brent is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
