Brian Easton has practiced law since 1995 and has spent the entire 18 years of his practice as a personal injury attorney working only for injured persons under the tutelage and direction of his father W. Douglas Easton. During these years he has been the right-hand man for his father and has had an invaluable opportunity to spend unlimited hours trying cases with Doug Easton as well as learning from his vast experience in personal injury litigation. Over his legal career, Brian has represented hundreds, if not thousands, of people in personal injury claims who have sustained all manner of injuries in all types of accidents. These include automobile, boating and aviation accidents; assaults; defective products; claims arising against cities, counties, and the state of California for roads, sidewalks, and other governmental properties that cause injury; trip/slip and fall claims; dog bites; and medical malpractice cases.

Currently at the law firm, Brian shares primary responsibility for most of the litigated files with his dad and brother. There is probably not a week that goes by where he is not attending depositions, appearing at court hearings, or preparing for trial. Brian understands that if a case is properly prepared for trial, it most often will settle without a trial. Brian has developed a special skill in getting cases settled without having to go to trial by showing the other side that he is prepared to go to trial. This is facilitated by the fact that not only is he liked by our clients, but he is respected and admired by defense counsel and claims adjusters as well. Brian's affability helps him get cases resolved in favorable ways for our clients.

Brian received his B.A. degree magna cum laude from Brigham Young University, in 1992, and his Doctor of Juris cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1995. Brian has been admitted to practice law in California since 1995 and is also admitted to practice before the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Courts. Brian has argued cases before the California Court of Appeals and has tried cases in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties.

Representing injured people against large insurance companies, corporations, and other so-called ?Goliaths? brings a special satisfaction to Brian. The feeling of helping those who are injured achieve justice, especially when one of the ?Goliaths? has previously denied their claim, is extremely satisfying.

Besides being a lawyer, Brian is an Eagle Scout, has served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and is an active community member. Brian loves life, is a friend to all who know him, and enjoys surfing, snow skiing, motorcycle riding (much to his dad's chagrin), golfing, and wakeboarding.
