Brian is a Jacksonville native who has dedicated his life’s work to representing injured people in his hometown. As a natural storyteller, Brian strives to build relationships of genuine trust and confidence with each client from the very first meeting so that he can compellingly bring their claims to life in front of a jury.
Brian’s core conviction of exceptional competence, commitment, and compassion is the foundation on which he handles every winning case. This conviction was forged through experience in trying cases and achieving significant settlements which, over the course of his career, collectively total over tens of millions of dollars in recoveries.
Experience
Brian began his legal career working at a mass tort litigation firm in New York City. After attending law school at the University of Florida, Brian worked for Levin Papantonio Rafferty, one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, before finally settling back in Jacksonville where he now raises his two sons with his wife, Katherine.
Since returning home, Brian has helped his clients in a broad range of subject areas, ranging from wrongful death, defamation, and personal injury, while taking pride in pursuing the difficult cases that other personal injury lawyers have turned down.
Background
Mr. Moore graduated high school from Stanton College Preparatory School and received his B.A. from Davidson College, majoring in philosophy and German.
While at Davidson, he studied for a year at the Bayerische Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg, Germany, focusing on 20th-century European philosophy. While abroad, Mr. Moore spent three months traveling inside Bosnia, Kosovo, and Serbia and documenting the human struggles in the aftermath of the Balkan Wars.
Brian is an active member of his community and enjoys running, volunteering at his sons’ preschool, and giving back through a variety of community events. An avid sports fan, his love of the Florida Gators is only surpassed by his love of the Davidson College basketball team.
