Brian Spellen's primary practice includes personal injury, workers' compensation, and consumer law. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law.

Following law school, Brian worked for one of Birmingham's larger insurance defense firms, where his practice was solely focused on defending and providing counsel to corporations in workers? compensation legal matters. After gaining the necessary experience, Brian was inspired to found Spellen Law to protect individuals from unknowingly being ushered through the legal system and taken advantage of. Since forming Spellen Law, Brian has aggressively represented a number of individuals to help them receive adequate compensation for their injuries and related losses and to protect consumers from abuse related to debt collection.
