Attorney Brian Tadtman has worked in complex civil litigation in Kansas City, Missouri and Denver, Colorado. Mr. Tadtman has experience in mass tort litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical device claims, engineering, trucking, construction and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Tadtman graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University. He then attended the University of Colorado Law School on full academic scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Tadtman served as an Associate Editor on the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology and was a National Semi-Finalist on Colorado Law's Telecommunications Moot Court Team.
During his years in practice, Mr. Tadtman has participated in several large cases. He acted as the lead attorney on two separate bellwether cases in national MDL litigation, and he was appointed to the Plaintiff?s Steering Committee for the National Federal Farxiga MDL by the Honorable Judge Lorna Schofield.
When he isn?t working, Mr. Tadtman volunteers at the Blue Valley School District for the We The People program and he also helps at the Center for Advanced Professional Studies. He also enjoys spending time with his son and the rest of his family.
