
South Carolina lawyer Chad McGowan is a founding partner of McGowan, Hood, Felder, and Phillips. Chad represents those who have been catastrophically injured as the result of others—physicians, hospitals, and commercial vehicle operators. He has extensive experience trying cases in front of a jury and is the only attorney in South Carolina history to have 3 jury verdicts in medical malpractice cases over $10 Million. Additionally, Chad has the current record for the largest personal injury settlement to a single plaintiff in excess of $40 Million.

Chad McGowan graduated from Emory law school in 1995 and was then a law clerk for a Federal Judge.
