Christian J. Owens joined The Perry Law Firm in 2015. Since joining The Perry Law Firm, Mr. Owens has focused his practice on Medical Malpractice actions, covering a wide variety of claims, including catastrophic birth injuries and wrongful death. Mr. Owens began his career defending physicians and hospitals. However, after years of witnessing first-hand the pain and suffering of individuals and families, Mr. Owens has transitioned his practice into representing those who have suffered the effects of medical malpractice and negligence. This previous experience defending physicians and hospitals gives Mr. Owens insight into representing victims of medical malpractice/personal injury.
Mr. Owens graduated from Southwestern Law School, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Wildman-Schumacher Scholarship and graduated in the top 20% of his class. While in law school, Mr. Owens completed two judicial internships and worked for a law firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Owens received his bachelor of arts from Mount Saint Mary's University, graduating cum laude.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Owens subsequently completed a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Margaret Bisignani Moyle of the Lackawanna Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Owens is a zealous advocate for his clients who prides himself on keeping his clients informed and being easily accessible.
Mr. Owens values hard work, which he learned at an early age working at his family's sandwich shop.
Mr. Owens represents clients in both Pennsylvania and New York.
