Christopher P. Weidman is an Partner and member of Stark & Stark's Accident & Personal Injury Group. Chris focuses his practice on wrongful death, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injury cases resulting from automobile crashes, products liability, and premise liability. In his work as a trial lawyer, he combines his knowledge and experience with his passion for helping others and protecting his clients' rights.
Chris is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction less than 2% of NJ attorneys hold and is a testament to his extension trial experience. Chris has lectured in the legal community and has spoken to fellow attorneys at seminars sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJBA), New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), National Business Institute (NBI), and more. Chris became a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 for New Jersey in 2017.
Chris was born and raised in South Jersey and grew up in Gloucester County. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance and Minor in Business Law, and received his law degree from the Rutgers Camden School of Law. Chris is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
