Chris is a seasoned civil litigator with over 32 years of experience seeking justice for his clients throughout California, Nevada and other states. Chris represents individuals and their families to help them achieve justice in injury and wrongful death cases, financial elder abuse cases, will and trust disputes, business disputes, and real estate disputes.
Chris started his career working for law firms that were retained by insurance companies and large corporations to defend against claims brought by injured persons or against small businesses. Chris soon realized he was on the wrong side of justice and switched his practice to exclusively represent injured persons and small business-persons. Before he switched, Chris saw the techniques and tactics used by insurance companies and large corporations to dehumanize and avoid fully compensating injured person. Chris now uses that experience and knowledge to defeat the defense tactics and to get full and fair compensation for his clients.
Chris insists on having direct involvement with each of his clients and their cases. His passion for justice and his care and commitment to his clients and their well-being have been and will continue to be his motivation and key to his success.
