
Clayton practices in general litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law. In 2005, Clayton graduated cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of BusinessClayton Hasbrook Administration degree in Economics. While at OU, he served as the academics chair, treasurer, and president of his fraternity and as treasurer for the University of Oklahoma Young Democrats.
In 2008, Clayton earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is admitted before all State Courts of Oklahoma and the Western District of Oklahoma. Clayton is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Oklahoma Association of Justice, Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 under 40.”
Focuses his practice on civil litigation. His primary emphasis is in the areas of personal injury and insurance law.
Outside of work, Clayton enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys and two dogs. If a free weekend occurs from shuffling the kids around to their after-school activities, practices and games, Clayton is likely found toying around with one of his grills or smokers, or at KCBS BBQ event as a Certified Judge.
