Colin has been passionately pursuing justice for South Carolinians since finishing law school at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.
Colin has used his passion for advocacy to obtain more than $7,000,000.00 in recovery through settlements and jury trials for injured clients. This includes car wrecks, slip and falls, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil litigation in both South Carolina State Court and Federal Court. Colin also handles a select number of criminal matters in both Magistrate and General Sessions Court.
In practice, Colin has handled more than 12 jury trials in Lexington and Richland Counties, including multiple complex personal injury matters. He has appeared in more than 1,000 hearings, ranging from motions, settlement hearings, evidentiary hearings, and pleas. He has argued in front of the South Carolina Court of Appeals and appeared in Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina.
