Courtney Driskell is not only a dedicated attorney but also a fierce advocate for the people, children, and causes she cares about most. With a background as a former prosecutor and State’s Attorney for DHS, she brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her practice. Her passion lies in defending parental rights, navigating complex family law cases, and standing up for clients in juvenile deprived cases. Courtney’s commitment to justice extends far beyond the courtroom—she’s actively involved in volunteering for Tulsa Lawyers for Children, ensuring that vulnerable children have a strong legal advocate during challenging times.
Outside of her legal work, Courtney is deeply dedicated to animal rescue. She has volunteered with local shelters and animal rescues for years, making it her mission to help animals in need find safe and loving homes. Advocating for those who can’t advocate for themselves—whether it’s children or animals—is a core part of who she is.
In her personal life, Courtney is an avid bodybuilder. What began as a way to stay healthy while balancing the demands of law school, a full-time job, and being a single mom has now become a daily routine and passion. She’s currently training for a bodybuilding competition, and her dedication to fitness was recently highlighted in the Tulsa Lawyers Magazine. Courtney’s journey is a testament to her perseverance, discipline, and drive in every aspect of her life.
