Craig M. Higgins grew up in central Massachusetts. After high school, he attended Massachusetts Bay Community College where he graduated with high honors and was the commencement speaker at the 50th graduation ceremony. He then studied at the University of Massachusetts Boston where he graduated cum laude with a Political Science, B.A., Craig then went on to attend the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Among his accomplishments at the Massachusetts School of Law he received a CALI excellence for the future awards in Legal Remedies and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. He was on the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Advocacy team, placing #4 overall in the United States and #1 in the Northeast Region. Prior to becoming an attorney he was a Real Estate Agent with LAER Realty Partners, a paralegal with the Law Office of Michael Lennon and also worked with the Law Office of Lampert, Hausler and Rodman, P.C., worked as a Case Specialist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Estate Recovery Unit. He has won multiple cases for his clients including trials by judge and jury, motions and had multiple cases result in dismissals. His background demonstrates his dedication to results and efficiency which is brought to his clients each day.
