Damian D. Nunzio, Esq graduated from the University of Baltimore, School of Law in 1989. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology (82').
After graduating from Law School, Damian went on you pass the bar in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan, which allows Damian D. Nunzio to practice law as an attorney in all four states. Damian D. Nunzio started his Criminal Trial & Practice career in 1992 when he was hired on at the Kent County Office of the Defender. For five years, Damian D. Nunzio handled all kinds of criminal cases such as Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC), Murder, Assaults, and Drunk Driving cases. He enjoyed many trial victories and plea reductions. After working hard at the Kent County Office of the Defender, Damian D. Nunzio decided to go into private practice where he handles Criminal Cases, Divorce, Child Custody & Parenting Time, Civil litigation, and Immigration. Damian D. Nunzio, in private practice, handles all kinds of Criminal Cases, from Murder, Manslaughter, Perjury, Assaults, Criminal Sexual Conduct, Drunk Driving, Embezzlement, Armed Robbery, Larceny, and many more in both State and Federal Court. Fun Facts about Damian: He is a Maryland native but his heart now lies in Grand Rapids, Michigan after meeting his wife while in Law School. Damian also spent a few years teaching 7th and 8th grade Math and Science.
