Daniel F. Greene

An Interview with Attorney Daniel Greene

What inspired you to become a lawyer?

I have always wanted to fight for those who could not fight for themselves. In my youth, I gravitated towards books, film, television and theatre involving courtroom legal drama. It probably didn't hurt that I was always argumentative and fiercely competitive.

Are you known for a particular skill or specialty?

I am well-regarded as a strong advocate and for being persuasive with judges and juries. Other lawyers know I am not afraid to take a case to trial if it is in the best legal interests of my client.

Is there a past case you handled that you are particularly proud of?

In November 2013, I obtained a Not Guilty verdict for a client who was charged with 22 counts of child molestation with multiple victims (read about this case). I have always believed this client was innocent and the jury acquittal reaffirmed my belief in our criminal justice system.

What question do clients most frequently ask you?

"Can you help me?" The answer is, "Yes, I believe I can and I believe I will."

What sets your firm apart from the rest?

Work ethic, knowledge of the system, and drive. At The Law Offices of Kerry L. Armstrong, APLC, we are driven to succeed because we want to help our clients and we want to be the best.
