With experience in the areas of civil litigation and government investigations, Daniel represents individuals and corporate entities in complex litigation disputes in both federal and state court. Prior to founding the firm, Daniel worked at one of the most prestigious law firms in the United States where he represented clients in diverse industries, working to resolve their disputes through the most effective and efficient means possible. In doing so, Daniel was able to recover millions of dollars for his clients. Daniel has built a reputation as a determined and tenacious advocate for his clients. He has devoted his practice to representing individuals and corporations in complex civil litigation and personal injury matters. Daniel stops at nothing to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

- Represented a major fast-food chain in an insurance claim arising out of property damage resulting from Hurricane Irma and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
- Represented a large supermarket chain in an insurance claim arising out of property damage resulting from Hurricane Irma and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
- Represented a South Florida bank in a federal lawsuit involving insurance coverage for claims resulting from identity theft and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
- Represented a retail corporation in an insurance claim arising out of losses resulting from a cyber-breach and recovered an eight-figure settlement amount.
- Represented a construction company in a state lawsuit involving insurance coverage for claims of wrongful death in relation to a pedestrian bridge collapse and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
- Represented the director of Colombia’s Office of Anti-Corruption charged with conspiracy to commit money-laundering, money laundering, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and wire fraud.
- Represented a captain of the Colombian National Police charged with conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding.
- Represented individual charged with conspiracy to import a controlled substance on board a vessel.
- Represented individual charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance knowing that it would be imported to the United States.
