SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
After graduating from high school Dan joined the U.S. Army where he served in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) corps. While he was in the Army, Dan served in South Korea near the DMZ. After serving his country in the Army, Dan graduated with honors from California State University Northridge and he obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1982.
Dan represents clients in personal injury cases, and he specializes in handling serious injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases. During his career Dan has successfully assisted clients in obtaining numerous seven and eight figure verdicts and settlements. For many years Dan has been honored to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Attorneys, and Super Lawyers.
Dan has litigated cases in state and federal court. In federal court he has handled religious freedom cases, employment law cases, Americans with Disabilities Act cases, insurance bad faith cases, and he has defended California wardens in cases brought by inmates.
