Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Daniel C. Jensen has dedicated his career to seeking justice for those who have been harmed or injured through the negligence of another. Before joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, Daniel was an Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Daniel zealously prosecuted 65 jury trials, convicting drunk drivers, gang members, and violent career criminals. Daniel passionately fought for victims in Palm Beach County, and now brings that same passion to his pursuit of a just and fair resolution for his clients.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University and cum laude from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. While in law school, Daniel was a member of the University of Florida Trial Team and competed in mock trial competitions throughout the state of Florida. He also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, Florida.
