
Daniel Kruid is a senior trial attorney specializing in personal injury trial work. He has handled between 500-1000 injury cases so far in his decade+ of experience, including auto, trucking, commercial and other vehicle accident cases, bicycle and pedestrian cases, premises liability slip/trip/fall cases, landlord/tenant matters, and other various tort cases. His experience ranges from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries including complex surgeries, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Alder Law, Daniel spent over 9 years as a defense attorney as staff counsel for an insurance company where his most recent position was with the high exposure trial team for which he handled the highest exposure cases on behalf of his insured clients.
Daniel has successfully tried over 25 jury trials to verdict, including several cases that involved severe brain, spine, and other significant injuries and has also tried multiple wrongful death cases to verdict. He is a member of the San Bernardino/Riverside chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2019. He served on the executive board as the Treasurer/Secretary of the chapter in 2023 and is the President-Elect of the chapter in 2024 and incoming President in 2025.
When he is not busy litigating cases or in the courtroom, Daniel and his wife Summer are busy with their 5 young children and all of their sports, schooling, and activities. He spends the rest of his free time coaching his kids’ baseball, softball, and soccer teams, doing projects around the house, and when time allows, playing the occasional game of golf.
