Daniel A. Murphy received his Bachelors' Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida December, 2009. Mr. Murphy attained his law degree, Cum Laude, From Thomas Cooley Law School April of 2015.
Mr. Murphy became a member of the Florida Bar in October, 2015. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners submits for Supreme Court Approval members who are of fine character and fitness, verifies the bar examination for attorney candidates and submits for Supreme Court approval for admission to practice.
Daniel is a member of the Florida Justice Association, a statewide organization of trial lawyers who are dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers. The FJA is the premier organization of Florida Trial Lawyer dedicated to helping accident victims.
The Manasota Trial Lawyers Board invited Daniel to become a member in October, 2015. Membership is obtained through special invitation and is extended only to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature as civil plaintiff or criminal defense trial lawyers.
Daniel is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association which advances professionalism, promotes practice development, encourages public service, fosters fellowship and supports access to legal services for all. Attorneys must be in good standing with The Florida Bar to become a member.
Daniel's community activities include two intramural sports, Softball and Flag Football, with the Manatee County Parks and Recreation.
